Check in at the co-host Saint Juiln Hilton or Delta Brunswick Hotels, Saint John NB, Canada.

12 noon - 9 p.m.
Rendezvous Registration
at the Rendezvous Registration Desk, Trade & Convention Centre, Market Square (adjacent to the Hilton Hotel).
Receive your registration package containing a map, event tickets, passes and information.

The Hospitality Team in the Rendezvous Room will provide a meeting place, information on places to visit, things to do and where to dine. This room will be opan & staffed 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. throughout the Convention.

Catch the Wave Showcase
Visit the "Catch the Wave" exhibition with local crafts, services and wares in the Trade & Convention Centre. Open 25th & 26th September.

6 - 10 p.m.
Reception/Kitchen Party/Buffet.
Cost included in your Registration. Meet other attendees from across North America and Overseas.
Official Brief Opening Ceremony
followed by
Maritime Kitchen Party/Buffet.
Seafood Newburg or Honey Tarragon Roasted Chicken Breast, Local Smoked Salmon and all the Canadian Maritime traditional side dishes you could want. Light, local entertainment provided by the "Cool Chicks & The Ugly Docklings" and others. Cash bar available throughout the evening.

6 - 7 p.m. Cash Bar.
Meet other attendees, discuss your day, make future plans or just relax.

7 p.m. Evening Entertainment
Lobster Supper
Lily Lake Pavilion, Rockwood Park.
Steamed mussels, lobster, green salad and
all the trimmings.
Cash bar and live entertainment.
Cost $45 per person, taxes and gratuities included. Two (2) sittings can be arranged if numbers warrant.

Sightseeing Tours
Your Registration Package will contain the current Official Visitor's Guide with an extensive attractions listing for the City and the Saint John area.

Visit St. Martin's Sea Washed Caves, the Fundy Trail, the Irving Nature Park or the inshore Bay of Fundy Isles.

See the suburban areas of Rothesay, Quispamis or Grand Bay-Westfield with their lake-like river vistas.

Prepayment is required with Registration. These tours are commercially offered so numbers may be limited. Allocation will be on a first registered first allocated basis.

Whale Watching Bay of Fundy
Trip duration 7 hours.
Includes return coach trip to St. Andrews-by-the-Sea. and a certified ocean-going boat to and from the whale watching area.
Cost $155 per person taxes included.

Land Lubber’s Alternative
Tour the beautiful, historic St. Andrews Area. Transportation and the duration as above. Maritime Tea at the Algonquin Hotel and view the nearby Kingsbrae Gardens.
Cost $115 per person taxes included.

The Province provides extensive, free local passenger/vehicle ferry services enabling you to tour the lower river systems or the inshore Fundy Isles. See the famous Reversing Falls, the impressive tidal range, whirlpools, covered bridges, autumn foliage and farmland.
